Our cooking classes introduce students to tasty and satisfying Japanese meals in East Village, NYC. We believe that good ingredients make good food, which is why we only use hand-picked fresh organic produce and seasonings made with real ingredients. Our classes are fun, interactive, and very hands-on, perfect for learning how to spice up your cooking with tofu, miso, tamari, hijiki, and more.
The theme of our courses changes each month, meaning you get a whole new experience every time you join us. Our small class size of up to six students will get you feeling comfortable and excited.
